Hi there,

I am doing some research and would like to hear from parents who have decided

not to use the helmet. What I would like to know is:

1. Your childs age when you first noticed any flattening or asymmetry.

2. Your level of concern when you first noticed there might be a problem.

3. Your reason for deciding not to use the helmet.

4. How you feel about your childs head shape now.

5. Your childs current age.

I would greatly appreciate any feedback.
