Guest guest
Hey all! Just checking in! Carolyn I have NO idea how you do 90 min of Cathe at once!!!! Sunday I did Cathe's TV program Step, Jump and pump. I liked it alot but had to walk near the end at some parts. I also did Carribbean workout seperatly. Monday I worked out in the gym at work. 30 min on the elliptical varying intensity and 15 min of weights. I also worked out to Carribbean workout at home. Today I worked out in the gym at work same as yesterday but nadda tonight at home. I joined Premier Lady and Fitness. $28 a month. Which is great and its right close by. Its a step down from my previous gym..I don't even think they have TVs or headphone stations...but they have classes and water classes and a dry and wet sauna. Not bad for the money. I won't be able to check them out in person again until this weekend or next as one weekend I have to goto San . But I am down a few of the pounds I gained since moving here and I've been eatin almost 95% clean! Hope everyone is well! a -- _______________________________________________ Find what you are looking for with the Lycos Yellow Pages http://r.lycos.com/r/yp_emailfooter/http://yellowpages.lycos.com/default.asp?SRC\ =lycos10
Guest guest
I belong to many groups and I also get 100s of emails a day. I cannot receive ALL my groups in individual emails. It's not that I'm being lazy or anything like that. If someone wants to see the thread, the website allows you do do that. However, having said that.....it's up to the List Owner And Moderators to make the call. Therefore, I will remove my suggestion to the group. Pete ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Here is a repost of my July 23 email I sent on this subject.I hope you understand.I am also just a member here.BeverlyTexas"I own and moderate 4 and it is not a something my members haveto do. I figure it is up to each person whether they are on individualmessages or the digest. They each have there own benefits. Asking everyoneto trim posts for the people that chose digest would be like asking everyoneto not post so many messages for those on individual messages. Each personmakes up their own mind how they want to receive messages and has to dealwith how it works." This is the downside of being on digest. We leave trimming (or not) up to the individual; I know that I usually leave most or all of the thread because I think it's relevant (I always snip 's junk, though). Your plea is noted; it's up to the members as individuals to take pity. Read previous posts. The moderators think you do not need to trim posts and said so. > Date: Mon, 23 Aug 2010 23:29:46 +0000> From: > > Subject: Digest Number 175> > There are 25 messages in this issue.> > Topics in this digest:> > 1a. There limited suggestions on VM grinding method (googled), but what I ended up doing was trimming fat, lightly freezing it and then dropping cubes in small batches and grinding (and tamping, tamping, tamping) on high just long enuf to grind it effectively. I also salted and peppered liberally and added some dehydrated onion to the VM to incorporate. Biggest pain was getting it out from under the blades. I used the back end of a wooden spoon for that. My DH pronounced them a great success and I have to agree that they were very good. Guest guest
Pete, the solution to too many emails is not digest which, as you note, is so very difficult to read. Instead, it's setting up your email program to sort emails into folders as they are downloaded. Then, you can easily scan your messages when you have the time, delete any threads that you are not interested in, and easily read and reply to any emails you choose.
