Question on Frozen Vegetables and Fruits

I am new here. This is my first post.

I read somewhere that some manufacturers dust their plain frozen vegetables and fruits with flour to prevent them from sticking together while sitting in the freezer case.

Can anyone provide me with safe brand names for frozen veggies and fruits - regular or organic brands would be great.
