I don't have any information on proprionic acid, but have never heard it being a concern. If you let me know the brand and manufacturer of the tortillas I will try to find out if they are GF. However, even if the ingredients are OK, you still don't know if they are GF. They could be made in a factory that makes flour tortillas on the same line.
