I will be going next month to a new GI doc in Monterey who has been highly recommended. Her name is Kathy Swanson. I will probably also try to get referred to an allergist and I can let you know if I find a good one although that is a few weeks away so it may not be much use to you.

The book I have been reading by Dr. Ellen Cutler is "The Food Allergy Cure" and in it she explains how to do your own allergy testing including a pulse test. I have been following some of her suggestions and have been figuring out an enormous amount about my own reactions to various foods just in the last 2 - 3 weeks. I may see one of the practitioners who studies under her method because they do extensive allergy testing and provide treatment and dietary support.
