I called the Customer Service phone number to confirm and was told that this is true. Those of you who buy this product may want to make your own inquiry and/or protest: 1-800-962-1413 or e-mail www.kelloggs.com Pam Newbury discovered plastic food utensils that contain wheat in a local Santa Cruz market, the New Leaf on Mission Street. The utensils are a light tan in color, and the package is clearly labeled that they are made from wheat. Rohlfs says they are using wheat containing disposable knives, forks and spoons at the organic cafe in the Stanford Museum, but they also have metal utensils available. We do not know if they are hazardous to our health, but we probably should try to avoid using these utensils. As if we didn't have enough to worry about! (I have no company name.) ========================================================= CELIAC DISEASE SURVEY Dear Fellow Celiac or Celiac Parent, Below is a quick survey about gender and celiac disease for my eighth grade science fair project.
