Q: Armadillo Willy's restaurant??

Hello Listmates,

A friend is having a Labor Day party catered by Armadillo Willy's

restaurant (a chicken and ribs BBQ place on the peninsula)...I was

able to get a list of ingredients from them and the only suspect

ingredient I can find in the ribs and mild sauce is 'natural smoke

flavor'...with the holiday, I couldn't get any more detail than than

(oh, that gluten can be hidden anywhere) so I thought I would see if

anyone has any successful experiences there or if they may know what

is in 'natural smoke flavor'?
