I have not been formally diagnosed, but my doctor said why bother.  I definitely have something related to gluten and the treatment would be the same regardless!

Thanks! The link took me to a search engine, so I am pasting the info below. The first class is 9/7 and the second is 11/9. Both in SF, but at different locations.

If you do get a formal diagnosis, be sure it's "gluten sensitivity" and not "celiac disease". There is a big difference in insurance premiums.
