Sister in Pacifica about to be diagnosed with CD

Hi All - I'm looking for some help for my sister who is today being

tested (blood only...if pos. then upper endoscopy) for CD. I was

diagnosed last December and have a bad/good feeling she will test

positive (her symptoms include severe anemia, low vitamin levels,

elevated ANA, some joint pain). I would love some good

recommendations for food stores, restaurants, education, support

groups, dietitians, etc...
