Hi Sue

Remember me? My daughter Janan is celeiac and periodically we come to

meetings. Where is this bakery you are talking about? I am in the east

bay. Where can I get that I can eat that bread?

-0700
& gt;
& gt;You are right, Margot! The g-f bakery goods at Global

Blends are
& gt;delicious. My absolute favorite is the lemon chiffon

cake. It is so
& gt;light and fluffy - just like a chiffon cake should be

- no one would
& gt;ever know that it did not have regular flour in it.

The banana nut
& gt;bread is wonderful, too. I love going

there!!
& gt;
& gt;You can also buy Mike Goff's & quot;I Can Eat

That & quot; bread there and also his
& gt;pizza crust. Mike also makes

trays of dinner rolls for me that are so
& gt;good, you think you are

eating house rolls. We bake a tray of
& gt;them every single Sunday

for dinner. If anyone is interested in buying
& gt;these dinner rolls,

just let him know and he'll do it for you, too. I
& gt;special-order

request these, and I order six trays at a

time.
& gt;
& gt;
& gt;
& gt;
& gt; Hersom
& gt;Litigation

GF & quot;power & quot; bars
& gt;
& gt;
& gt;Hi y'all,
& gt;Am

enjoying the recent activity on the list.
& gt;Just wanted to share with

the folks who recently moved
& gt;to the area my love of the gf and dairy

free blueberry
& gt;muffins at Global Blends (Castro Street, MV) and

their
& gt;sandwiches that are really very good.
& gt;
& gt;I've been

looking for a while for gf and dairy free
& gt; & quot;power & quot; bars. I

found ricebars at Molly Stones (California
& gt;Street, PA) who now have a

small section of GF foods
& gt;(mostly cookies, cereals, breakfast bars),

but these
& gt;have very little protein.
& gt;Anyone with ideas? Or

perhaps even better, anyone
& gt;with a good recipe for protein rich gf

and dairy free
& gt; & quot;power bars & quot;.
& gt;
& gt;Cheers,

Margot
& gt;
& gt;________________________________
& gt;
& gt;
