My fav is Genisoy peanut butter fudge. Very yummy. Unfortunately all their other I think have gluten... I miss the mint chocalate one. They have them at Trader Joe's for a pretty good price. Rohlfs <kellyr@...> wrote:

The bars at the Stanford celiac conference were from Orgran at www.orgran.com . I liked them. I had a case of them sent to me ahead of the conference and it sat by my desk, and when I got hungry and had nothing around to eat, I'd eat one of them. They were very handy for that, filling and tasty. Great for travel or just to keep in the car or in the desk for those times when your only choice looks like potato chips.I copied some info below from their website.Orgran Fruit Filled Bars The Orgran Fruit Filled bars

We got some interesting and high protein bars at the Stanford Celiac COnference- I wish I could remember the name, but they had dried fruit (blueberry) inside, and a chickpea flour covering that made them quite hearty. Can anyone help me out with the name? I can't stand the envirokidz cereal bars, unfortunately. I recently tried Lara's banana cookie power bar, and it was very... fruity. More like a condensed fruit leather bar than a cookie or a power bar, but if you know that going in, they're pretty healthy. Too bad about the price!
