All GLUTEN FREE COOKING CLASSES at Whole Foods will start at 7pm instead of 6:30pm, as originally announced, so that people can have more time to come from work. To register please call 650-559-0300 or go to

There is also a class addition Thursday, May 10th at the Los Altos Whole Foods:

A free lecture from Dr. Rick sen on Digestive Distress: causes & non-drug solutions. Followed by Gluten Free Dinner and Dessert Cooking Instruction from Chef a Magozzi ($24 fee for cooking class). Menu includes pecan-encrusted chicken fingers, pasta pommodoro, mixed salad with blackberry-balsamic vinaigrette, and walnut brownies.

FRIDAY, MAY 25, 7:00-9:0PM " A Gluten Free Night in Tuscany " Los Altos Whole Foods4800 El Camino Real Los Altos, CA 94022 Taught by Celiac and personal chef, a Magozzi, and Guy, who has catered the Stanford Celiac Conference for several years and sold gluten free baked goods at local cafes.

This is a repeat class for those who were on the waiting list for the first class offered last February.

Class includes hands on training in how to put together a multiple-course Italian dinner that is naturally gluten free. Class also includes lots of sampling and wine.

A new class will be offered at the Los Altos Whole Foods on Tuesday, June 14, 7:00-9:00PM, with details soon to follow: " Gluten Free Pizza Making and Beer Sampling "
