Guest guest
Based on a recommendation on this site, our family has been to Peking Duck in Palo Alto 5 or 6 times, all with total success. Their soy sauce/oyster sauce/hoison sauce-free choices are somewhat limited; however, the food has been really good and really Chinese, which is a complement. Tell the person who takes your order that you can't have soy sauce or oyster sauce, pick a type of meat or tofu and ask what they can make for you. They can also make a soup. I bring my own hoison sauce and San-J Tamari sauce, but I haven't asked them to cook with it. Peking Duck is not inexpensive, but it is definitely worth the price to our family. I don't love PF Changs, so this works for us. Vic-Sunnyvale
