Greetings to all~I am a Work at Home Mama to 3 sweet boys with severe food

allergies/

dietary restrictions, living in South County Santa Cruz. Over the last six years

I have

become enchanted with creating healthy desserts/treats/baked goods that my kids

can eat

and which taste delicious and satisfying. After being GFCF for nearly 4 years,

we spent a

year on the SCD and are now following Body Ecology Diet principles...our journey
