Guest guest
Hey all, Did I already post about this? I have the worst memory ever! Anyway I just wanted to share that just before I moved out of the area I checked out Out The Door, Slanted Door's new restaurant at the bottom of the new Westfield Shopping Centre in SF at Street and Market. It is SO GOOD. Vietnamese-fusion food - Fusion enough that someone who thinks they don't like Vietnamese food would still love it, I think. It is very creative, high quality, fancy food at reasonable prices. Anyway, the good news is they can make almost EVERYTHING on their menu gluten-free! They are GF knowledgeable, too. They have gluten-free soy sauce on hand to use in any of the recipes. They know about using a separate pan. Even their deep fried spring rolls are made with rice wrappers! I was in total heaven.
