It used to have a sign that said GF but they removed it because people stopped buying because they thought it was health food. It is nothing like health food. It is yummy and you can go out for a coffee and dessert like a normal person. I am not sure what the cross contamination is like, but I tried it and did not have any problem. The cake is called Yuna and it can also be found on thier website: http://www.saturacakes.com/store/product.php?productid=16180 & cat=257 & page=1 Satura Cakes is a chain so they may have it at other locations in the Bay area.
