Fiki's Pudding at Temescal Farmer's Market

Hi there,

I imagine many of you East Bay people have already discovered Fiki's Pudding.

This is a

bakery business that offers several gluten free items.

I first saw her (presumably the baker and owner of Fiki's Pudding) at the

Temescal farmer's

market on Claremont Ave last Sunday morning. I bought a mini ginger loaf that

was so

delicious. It had crystalized ginger and was moist and had the best consistency.

Apparently she's at the market regularly. But she's based in the Food Mill

market at

MacArthur and 35th in Oakland. She said that she takes special orders, such as

birthday

cakes, often.
