My boyfriend and I are taking our first big trip since my diagnosis next month and have decided to go to San Francisco. I have finally gotten use to shopping and eating out here in the Metro Detroit area and am a bit nervous about eating out when we're out west. Are there any suggestions of where to go or to shop when I need a quick bite to eat? We're only out there for a few days and a couple of those days we're planning on going to Napa Valley.
