Guest guest
Hi and welcome! I'm not the best person to answer your question regarding the peninsula (I'm in the south bay - san jose area), but know you will meet some people here who will shock you with their wonderful knowledge. Out of curiosity, if this isn't being too rude, where are you living now? Again, welcome. I hope to see you at a local event in the near future. Guest guest
Sorry it's taken me so long to reply, Carla. I'm from Southern California originally, but have doing my doctorate work in Las Vegas. The Bay area will be a nice switch. While I was in the bay area a couple of weeks ago, I ate at a cute coffee shop in Mountain Vista that serves gluten-free sandwiches...I think it's on Castro street next to UPS store. We also ate a lot of 's salads...aren't we creative? We found a place in Fremont, so if anyone has suggestions for restaurants, please let me know. And, if you need any restaurant advice for Las Vegas, I'd be happy to share. Hope all's well with everyone. --- In , " piglet95037 " <csilverstein@...> wrote: > > Hi and welcome! > > I'm not the best person to answer your question regarding the > peninsula (I'm in the south bay - san jose area), but know you will > meet some people here who will shock you with their wonderful knowledge. > > Out of curiosity, if this isn't being too rude, where are you living now? > > Again, welcome. Guest guest
The coffee shop is in Mountain View, and is called Spica. Here's some more info, if anyone is interested.
