Guest guest
Perhaps Fiki's Pudding in Oakland? Patrice makes fabulous brownies, though I've never had any of her cakes. http://www.fikispudding.com/ On Wed, 25 Apr 2007, Tom wrote: > Hi All > > I'm turning 30 soon and my girlfriends and I are throwing a joint birthday celebration here in the city. Guest guest
Hi (and everyone else),I am new to this group, but am glad I joined in time to read this post! I have been getting all of my birthday cakes from a baker down in Palo Alto called Kapcakes for the past two years. All of my family loves the cakes (they can't tell the difference), and my favorite is their strawberry shortcake, which is just like the cake described! In any case, just thought I would share. I am pretty sure their website is kapcakes.com. They are really nice and can make most flavor combinations. Happy Birthday and good luck!Maya (Gluten-free in Oakland) Ahhh...imagining that irresistible "new car" smell? Check out new cars at Autos. Guest guest
Crave Bakery might do it – they made my wedding cake and are pretty open to custom orders. Their website is www.cravebakery.org Happy birthday! -----Original Message----- From: Tom [mailto:michellesf5589@...] Sent: Wednesday, April 25, 2007 11:29 PM Subject: [ ] Gluten-Free bakery for a birthday cake Hi All I'm turning 30 soon and my girlfriends and I are throwing a joint birthday celebration here in the city. Guest guest
I would second the recommendation for Crave Bakery. We ordered a birthday cake for a party we were having and it was really well received. They're located right in the city too, so you won't have to go out of your way to pick it up ) SukiOn 4/25/07, Tom <michellesf5589@...> wrote: Hi All I'm turning 30 soon and my girlfriends and I are throwing a joint birthday celebration here in the city.
