Guest guest
As I've done many times over the past couple of decades, I'm staying at The Arizona Inn in Tucson. On a recent visit, I asked tentatively if flour was in a recipe. The server immediately knew I was asking about gluten, and told me they will provide GF bread, provide rice from a GF vendor, put together special GF meals, even rewash dishes in a special GF soap! It's always been my favorite hotel, perhaps anywhere, certainly in AZ; now I have more reasons to love it. Harper -----Original Message----- From: stephanieluttrell@... Not to be a downer, but I wonder if wheat flour was used to coat baking pans. I usually find that at restaurants that have a flourless choc cake, wheat flour was used to coat the pan prior to baking. Maybe with commercially baked items, they avoid this step? Please let us know if you have any reaction (hopefully not!) to either item.
