gluten free oats for baby?

I have spent a lot of time reading about infant

nutrition & actually making baby food in the past few

years and I just wanted to respond to the question why

keep a baby gluten free? It is standardly recommended

to keep wheat (amongst a few other things) out of a

babies diet at least until a year due to the

development of the digestive track and the difficulty

in digesting wheat.

Oats are generally a great grain for babies! Quinoa

flakes are also nutritionally really good, though I

dont know if there is a specific one packaged for

babies.

Just FYI,
