We know about food allergies and food sensitivities in our bakery! I

am a Celiac and my son has had life-long Eosinophilic Gastroenteritis,

a complete intolerance of most food proteins. Our bakery is TOTALLY

GLUTEN-FREE! We take extraordinary precautions to avoid

cross-contamination, even going so far as to assign specific utensils

and cooking vessels to specific foods.
