This is a repeat class for those of you who were on the waiting list

for the first class. The first class was a ton of fun!

Class includes hands on training in how to put together a multiple-

course Italian dinner that is naturally gluten free.

Class also includes lots of sampling and wine.

Menu includes garbanzo bean pizza, porcini mushroon risotto, and

biscotti, and other super yummy naturally gluten free goodies.

A brand new class will be offered at Whole Foods in June, with

details soon to follow:

Taught by Celiac and personal chef, a Magozzi, and

Guy, who has done the catering at the Stanford Celiac Conference for

several years. Her gluten-free baked goods have been sold at several

local cafes.
