Guest guest
Hi Carla, Three Mission restaurants that I eat at regularly are: Range: http://www.rangesf.com Delfina: http://www.delfinasf.com Luna Park: http://www.lunaparksf.com Listed in order of preference. Range is totally outstanding, however it's difficult to get a table at the last minute. If it's just the two of you though, it shouldn't be hard to find a spot at the bar. They always have great gf desserts on the menu. If the chocolate souffle is available tomorrow night you should definitely go in -- even if it's just for the souffle ;o) Suki On 3/29/07, piglet95037 <csilverstein@...> wrote: > Hi all. Guest guest
Bissab Baobab is a cool Senegalese restaurant on Mission around 20th I think. Great food and prices. If you know your stuff you can avoid the gluten (stay away from the fried plantains, though they are so damn good). Their specialty drinks are awesome too. Have fun. Guest guest
We ended up with a bunch of people, but Amy found a great place for all of us. 5 adults, 2 kids...it was wonderful. Regalito 3481 18th St (Cross Street: Valencia Street) San Francisco, CA 94110 (415) 503-0650 The server was wonderful and was able to tell me things I could eat and instead of saying " you can't have this " he said " if this is what you are after, we can come up with a way to make it. " I told him I missed chile relleno, and he said they could merely use a roasted pepper instead of a breaded one. Of course, that wouldn't be my idea of one of my fave dishes, but I was able to order quite a bit. I had the free range chicken enchiladas in a spicy verde sauce. I also had the chips (whole corn torillas I could break off myself) and some VERY spicy homemade salsa to start. I love spice, but I have to admit it was *almost* too spicy for me. The only downside is that the restaurant is really small, as is the menu, but we can eat almost everything there. They use free range chicken and don't use artificial flavours or colours. The staff knows ALOT about celiac and it was one of the best meals I've had in awhile. I very much recommend it. Carla --- In , " piglet95037 " <csilverstein@...> wrote: > > Hi all.
