I went to the best Indian restaurant I have ever gone to on Fri. Their

specialty is dosas, which are gluten free according to the chefs (w/

the exception of one which clearly says it has semolina). For those of

you who aren't familiar, dosas are crispy rice flour crepes filled

potatoes, spices, and other items. There are about 10 different kinds,

and oh so yummy! There could be some cross contamination if the dosas

are made on the same one as the semolina one, but I tend to not be that

sensitive. Also, the rasmalai is to die for!! Handmade cheese

dessert, flavored w/ rose petals, cardamon, and pistachios!
