A message to their corporate headquarters resulted in an ingredients list (attached) for the foods that are being served. But their restaurant menu is much more comprehensive and could yield additional options. Does anybody have experience eating at Asqew Grill? San got 3-1/2 * our of 5 (Hmmmm); Vic The ingredients list is specific to the food to be catered. cilantro lime chicken skewers : canola oil, champagne vinegar, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, pepper, salt, shallots, sugar, chicken, tomato, red onion. balsamic beef skewers : balsamic vinegar, bay leaves, beef demi-glace, carrots, celery, milk, garlic, mushroom, parsley, pepper, red wine, rosemary, sage, salt, sugar, thyme, yellow onion, beef, zucchini, red pepper seasonal vegetable skewers : assorted vegetables, sauce contains soy caesar salad : dressing contains soybean oil.
