I would second the recommendation for Organic Bistro frozen meals.

They're really delicious, nutritious and fast. I've had the chicken

citron, ginger chicken and the salmon. I haven't found the rest else

I'd have tried those as well. You can buy them right off their web

site and have them delivered to you at home which, considering how

busy you are, might be a good option.
