Hi Trudy,

Corn Flour is safe unless you have a problem with corn also. I use it

a lot in cooking. It is a great additive with the standard rice flour,

tapioca and potato starch flour that most of us us. It is great in

pancakes, muffins and pizza like doe. I also use it when making corn

bread by using standard corn meal and substituting corn flour for the

flour the recipes call for.

Corn Flour is absolutely safe in the US (barring CC of course), but in

Australia (and possibly elsewhere, like India) I believe it refers to

wheat starch. So, if you see this on an imported product, you may want

to check.
