Guest guest
I don’t know how they do it, but there is some way these folks can get into an e-group, even if it’s private. I know because it has happened a number of times to the group that I moderate. I always just have to go in & delete it. They even hijacked a list for survivors of sexual abuse, which just proves that these people have NO morals whatsoever. I don’t know if there is any way to trace it – but maybe we should tell about it? This person needs to stop posting this type of garbage in this group. I got her banned from another group and now she has started with this group. We do not want to see your bare butt lady. Guest guest
I would recommend banning this person. This is an adult post, and has a habit of removing some adult lists. Besides, there could very likely be children on this list. Guest guest
This " " probably just goes through lists of groups, signing up for every one available. The writer may well be a man, may well be in another country, may well be an employee, one of many such employees. It's not a " real " person, in a way. The interest is almost certainly financial, with no care at all for what the group is. It's a form of free advertising for them, just impersonal spam. Probably, the writer would never write again, even if not " banned " , and certainly not under the same name. I didn't see this message, so I can't specifically comment on it. However, I've moderated or assisted in other groups, and I've seen this happen many times. I'm certainly not saying that this is acceptable; I'm only saying that this is an impersonal action that isn't directed toward our group specifically. H. -----Original Message----- From: dan.apo@...
