Guest guest
I got some at WF Mill Valley and it was VERY GOOD -- tasted like real beer to me. Guest guest
Where did you find this information? I am a bit skeptical that any reputable winery would flour their barrels... Don't see why this would be advantageous to them in any way. So I guess we're talking about places that are not reputable. Names? Sources? I've had plenty of Italian, French, Spanish etc. wines without a problem. In fact, I think many of the European " wine snobs " would be even less likely to engage in sketchy practices than any local wineries. Local is nice, but i think international should be fine too. - > > Almost all wines are GF, but on very rare occasions some wines are stored in > casks that formerly contained a gluten product, or they literally used wheat > flour to line the barrels.
