Guest guest
You MUST visit Grolla restaurant. It's run by a celiac and her husband. The food is DELICIOUS, and there you will have no worries about cross-contamination. They serve gluten-full bread to customers who ask, but that's it for wheat and the like. They do not cook with any gluten. Check them out at: http://www.grollarestaurant.com/ Molly and I had fish, sausage, veggies, a fabulous chocolate cake, and other yummies for dinner and dessert, and then they packed up a stuffed spaghetti squash for our lunch the next day. They're part of the Gluten-Free Restaurant Awareness Program. Debbie
