Guess what I found at Grocery Outlet in Oakland yesterday?

Arrowhead Mills Amaranth Flour for $1.69 a box!

Arrowhead Mills Gluten-Free Brownie Mix for $1.79 a box!

Boxed (aseptic package) organic black beans for $.89 each

Plus rice crackers and Mrs Leeper's gluten-free meals for cheap,

though I didn't buy these

Now I just have to figure out what to make with all the Amaranth Flour I bought!
