Re: Request for bakery names

There was something in either the NYT or Chronicle business section during this week about a couple that's trying to start a GF bakery -- but they're still working on the recipes, not ready to open yet. Did anyone else see this, perhaps remember the names involved?

I Can Eat That does bread and pizza crust, I think.
