Guest guest
Clan 's Mini-List Verified Information on Gluten Content (This article may be copied and distributed freely as long as it is reproduced in its entirety, including this notice. Clan 's Mini-List is copyright 2007 Clan LLC) This Month's Tip: When making pie crust, roll it out between two sheets of lightly oiled waxed paper. (Pam works well.) Remove the top sheet of paper, then invert your pie plate onto the pie crust. Slide your hand under the waxed paper, then turn the pie plate, crust and waxed paper over so your dish is right-side up. Pressing gently on the waxed paper, form the dough to fit the pie plate. Remove the waxed paper and you are ready to fill your pie shell.
