For anyone who might be interested, on another Celiac e-mail list a

woman mentioned that she's getting her wedding cake from a Bay Area

baker who has experience baking GF cakes. Herse will be a hazelnut

flour sponge cake (yum!). Anyway, here's the link in case this is
