Guest guest
A friend took me to Cafe Gratitude in Marin (San ) last week. The waitress told me that all their food is gluten free. They have two cafes in San Francisco and one in Berkeley besides the San location. They are also opening a location in LA at some point. I don't remember ever seeing any one in the Celiac community talk about this restaraunt. Has anyone eaten there and had good experiences? My experience was good but very expensive for a lunch ($55 for two) and I was still very hungry when I left. Does anyone have an opinion about this place or experience with it? Guest guest
I have to agree with Isaiah: Cafe Gratitude is a fun place to go on occasion. As far as I'm concerned, I've had that occasion. The food is definitely both singular and expensive. I left hungry but full. Maybe the best term is unsatisfied. The good news is that the wait staff was able to lead me away from the foods that were not GF. That is a plus. Vic-Sunnyvale Sick sense of humor?
