Hello all,

I'm very new here, so I don't know if this topic has been discussed

before, but I'm wondering if anyone else has ever had a " delayed

reaction " to gluten. Once or twice I have eaten gluten by mistake, for

example in quinoa that may have been cross contaminated with wheat?,

and I didn't react right away. That is, I ate the quinoa on Thursday

night and didn't react until Saturday morning. Is this possible? Has

anyone else had this experience? Of course, the quinoa should have

been gluten free, but I think it may have been contaminated.
