Guest guest Posted January 21, 2007 Report Share Posted January 21, 2007 Hello all, I'm very new here, so I don't know if this topic has been discussed before, but I'm wondering if anyone else has ever had a " delayed reaction " to gluten. Once or twice I have eaten gluten by mistake, for example in quinoa that may have been cross contaminated with wheat?, and I didn't react right away. That is, I ate the quinoa on Thursday night and didn't react until Saturday morning. Is this possible? Has anyone else had this experience?
