Brazelton of Amy’s Kitchen will tell the Amy’s story and talk about the many delicious products Amy’s produces without gluten. He will be serving samples of Amy’s gluten free pizzas and more. The meeting will conclude with a gluten free potluck lunch, so please bring a gluten free lunch item (and a list of ingredients or the recipe) to share (this is optional for those who are very ill or unfamiliar with the gluten free diet). The meeting is open to all who are interested in this topic. New gluten free cookies are available at the Mountain View farmers market each Sunday. The vendor is Edna's, contact 650-964-1650, website www.ednasuccess.com. They currently have gluten free/casein free peanut butter chocolate chip cookies (super rich), and are developing more gluten free offerings. Gluten free muffin tops have been for sale at the farmer's market for a few years, as well as fresh coffee, which makes produce shopping more fun.
