I'm going to Los Angeles in a couple of days (sorry for the short notice) --

please send along

some recommendations for affordable restaurants and bakeries that are gluten

free. And I'm

always looking for great taquerias in general. I'll be in various areas of L.A.

-- West L.A./

Santa , around USC, Silverlake, Hollywood, etc.

Also, I'll be in Vegas for a day if anyone has anything notable to recommend

there.
