Guest guest
I wish I could just hand you my box, over the internet. Here's information from the package: " Mesa Sunrise Waffles" distributed by Lifestream. www.naturespath.com Made with Gluten Free Ingredients. Produced in a non-gluten free facility." Making one's own waffles or pancakes is amazingly easy. The recipes can be varied to taste, and the results are excellent. Nevertheless, I find myself reaching for these instead -- I don't plan ahead very well. I'm the only GF person in my family, but they all enjoy these. Before I went GF, we never, ever bought frozen waffles or breakfast pastries. For me, the Mesa Waffles are a bread substiute. H. Guest guest
I saw a post about GF frozen pancakes at Trader Joes and when I went to my store here in Monterey, I found them. I was skeptical after trying numerous frozen waffles that taste like dried sponges, but I tried them. If you're looking for a quick breakfast, these were wonderful. I used the microwave method and these were heavenly. They tasted just like any regular frozen pancakes. For gluten free, I really love Pamela's baking mix but if you don't have the time to make those, these frozen ones will make you very very happy! They also had frozen waffles. I haven't tried them yet, but I plan to. Guest guest
I wish you could hand me a nice waffle, too! I'm like you...I know I COULD cook it up myself, but it's so much easier to get a pre made one.
