Guest guest
First, Clan.com offers a for-fee, downloadable list of pharmaceuticals and their gluten status, to the best of their knowledge. Second, my HMO pharmacy told me they can't reliably provide information on many generic drugs because the supplier may change from day to day. Even if they could keep the data up-to-date, the supplier probably won't give them the gluten status.H. When I called the pharmaceutical companies for ingredient info on their products, none of them could say that they are gluten free. Some would not even say if the inactive ingredients were wheat derived or not.
