has a page listing their product line. They specialize in bean flours

and mixes. Higher protein than the flours from the grass family.

Back to Basics is

a natural food grocery in East Greenwich, Rhode Island that sells a

full line of gluten-free products. s Foods by products.

Bard's Tale Beer is a gluten-free craft beer made with sorghum. Web site gives no indication on where they are located.

Birds Hill Enterprises a mail-order company operating out of Manitoba, Canada, sells tart and small pie presses. Site includes gluten-free recipes.

The Birkett Mills,

also known as Wolff's Family Foods, has a line of buckwheat products,

including flours, mixes, groats, and flakes. They also sell wheat

products.

Blue Diamond Growers has Nut Thins which are a popular alternative to rice crackers.

Bob's Red Mill sells many GF flours that are now made in a clean room.

The Bouchard Family Farm has a line of buckwheat products, like flour and mixes. Some of the mixes also include wheat.

The Bread Baker Company is a store in Rochester, MN that also sells gluten-free bread.

Bumble Bar is an organic gluten-free energy bar.

Byron Bay Cookie Company in Australia sells artisan baked cafe-styled cookies. Some are gluten-free.

'Cause You're Special Company has a line of wheat-free and gluten-free baking mixes for various things.

Celiac Specialties is a bakery and coffee house in the Detroit metro area where everything is 100% wheat and gluten free.

Chebe Bread Mix is the

original all natural cheese flavored gourmet bread alternative. It is

delicious, quick and easy to prepare, and free of gluten!

Cloud County Tea Company has a line of herbal teas that are all gluten-free.

Cream Hill Estates sells guaranteed pure oats in flakes, flour and whole-oat kernels (groats). Located in Montreal, Canada.

Cuisine Solutions

is a manufacturer of fully cooked gourmet frozen prepared entrees and

sauces. They have four items that are gluten free packaged for retail

sales: Chicken Florentine, Salmon Fillet, Blackened Catfish, and Salmon

Tenders.

Cybros, Inc. sells bread. It was recommended on the celiac list.

Dakota Lakes Products sells a Gourmet Food Coating for use on fried and other foods. Be careful. They also sell a version with wheat.

Dee Tee's Gourmet Pizzelles (gourmet Italian cookies) are also available in a couple gluten-free and sugar-free flavors. Available in the NJ area.

Dietary Needs Direct sells and ships a variety of gluten-free and wheat-free products to UK addresses.

Dietary Specialities has

a site that describes and lists the ingredients of their entire product

line. Now includes the MenuDirect line which offers fully-prepared,

gluten-free foods delivered directly to your door.

The Dietary Specialties Shoppe

sells 300 gluten-free items. These consist of breads, cereals, cookies,

mixes, snacks, flours, sauces, soups, crackers, condiments, and

prepared foods.

DippyChick.com makes at least 14 dip mixes that are all gluten-free.

Dowd &

imports Italian chestnut flour into the US, and sells mixes containing

a blend of white rice flour, chestnut flour, and tapioca flour. The

mixes will be available at natural foods stores and gourmet markets.

Ask your local store to carry them.

& Sons sells a line brown rice snaps. Some are organic. Some are oil-free. A total of nine different varieties.

El Peto Products in Kitchener Ontario produces a line of various GF baked goods, and also carries some GF ingredients.

Ener-G Foods has a site with their extensive line of products. Of their breads the tapioca loaf is best liked.

Enjoy Life Foods sells baked goods that are free of gluten and many other common allergens.

Everybody Eats, Inc. has gluten-free meals that they delivery throughout the five boroughs of New York City and also express mailed via FedEx.

Food for Life Baking Co.

has a site which sells their breads and banana muffins online, and also

has a search facility to find a retailer near you. People particularly

like the pecan rice and almond rice loaf.

Foods by

(Chookasian) has frozen bakery (English muffins, pecan tarts, crumb

cakes) and pasta products. Initially known for his ravioli. Sold in

HFSs in the eastern half of the country and by mail order. Site

requires ActiveX, so all I see is black.

Fortitude Gluten Free sells, cookies, casabe crackers, coatings, and banana chips.

ferd Farms Foods

has many gluten-free flours scattered around their web site. See teff

under commercial flours; amaranth, buckwheat, chickpea, corn, millet,

quinoa, and soy under organic flours. Also rice and corn pastas.

Garden Spot Distributors sells products of Shiloh Farms, Foods by , Cybros, and others.

GFN Foods makes the Gluten-Free Naturals line of baking mixes and other gluten-free products.

Gifts of Nature

sells a GF flour blend that is a one for one substitute for flour in

any recipe. They specialize in baking mixes made with brown rice and

bean flours.

Gillian's Foods specializes in gluten free rolls and other bread items. People rave about the dinner rolls.

Glutafin has an

extensive range of gluten-free and wheat-free foods including breads,

biscuits, flour mixes and pasta available on prescription in the UK.

a firm in Quebec, has an extensive line of gluten-free products that

they import from all around the world. Also some of their own products.

Juvela makes some GF

products for the UK and Ireland. Most of the products contain wheat

starch, which has a small amount of gluten. Only the Harvest Mix is

truly gluten-free.

Kingsmill Foods in Canada offers GF rice bread, cookies, a baking mix, and egg replacer.

Kinnikinnick Foods Inc.

in Canada has a store and distributes 500 products that are 100%

gluten-free. Control is so strict that employees may not even bring

gluten containing foods onto the premises. Customers are effusive in

their praise of nearly all products from this company.

Kirkman Foods has a line of mixes that are gluten and casein free.

Kitch n' Kaffe is a general purpose kitchen store in Mahopac, NY that has added all the Organ GF/WF products.

The Kitchen Table Bakers bake gourmet cheese crackers. Based on Long Island.

Kozy Shack, Inc. has some gluten and dairy free puddings.

Lakeview Bakery Has

a line of wheat-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free baked goods. However

they also make goods with wheat. Shipped to Canada only.

La Messagère,

a micro-brewery in Quebec, sells North America's first gluten-free

beer. Brewed from rice and buckwheat it is a limpid and crystalline

pale ale, with a bouquet of honey, reminding a touch of citrus fruits.

Liv-N-Well Distributors' online store has a page with a list of gluten-free cereals, pastas, breads, flours, and mixes. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

The Low Carb Market is a store in Madison WI that has dedicated half the store to GF items. No mail order.

's Gone Crackers makes organic crackers in five flavors, using brown rice, quinoa, flax seeds, and sesame seeds.

Masuya makes a line of Rice Sembei Snacks.

Mayacamas Fine Foods

sells all natural gluten free products that they make in Sonoma County,

CA. Includes pasta sauces, gravies, soups and seasoning mixes.

Montina is a new grain product derived from Indian rice grass. Grown in Montana.

Nana's Kitchen sells a Buttonelli Board for making spaetzle. Includes gluten-free recipes.

Natural Feast sells pie shells and pies.

No Worries gluten and dairy free bread mix is claimed to look and smell like real bread.

NoStik TOASTit is a plastic bag that isolates food being cooked in a toaster. Connie Sarros

sells them. Note however that Consumer Reports tested them on thick

foods and did not recommend this. The outside was burnt and the inside

uncooked. They did not test anything thin, like toast.

Nu-World Foods sells organic amaranth food products.

Nutballz are convenient energy snacks that are gluten-free.

Nutrition Kitchen Inc sells organic soybean pasta to North America.

Mr. Ritt's Bakery is a cake

and dessert supplier in Philadelphia. Now ships flour mixes which

includes the xanthan gum, cookies, muffins, brownies, pound cakes (8

varieties), angelfood cakes (6 items), cake blanks (unfrosted cakes to

make your own), chocolate glazed cakes, and numerous other items.

Pam's Celiac Kitchen sells meals, and a pantry of gluten-free products of other vendors.

Perkys Natural Foods makes two breakfast cereals that are gluten and nut free.

PureFit sells a nutrition

bar that is certified wheat and gluten free. I can't tell too much from

their site, as the main site comes up blank with my ActiveX turned off,

but something about being a 40/30/30 bar.

Mr. Spice has sauces and popcorn that are all gluten-free.

Mrs. Leeper's has a line of corn and rice pastas.

Natural Noodles

sells a line of pastas made from pulses. These include split yellow

peas, lentils and mung beans. They also have some rice and wild rice

noodles.

Northern Quinoa Corporation

is a Canadian firm that processes and distributes organic and

non-organic quinoa and other gluten-free grains, such as flax, beans,

peas, chick peas, lentils, buckwheat, and spices.

Nu-World Amaranth has a product line of amaranth products. See many of the recipes which are GF.

Omega Smart are gluten-free whole-food nutrition bars sold on the web. Seven flavors.

Orgran has a wide

variety of dried gluten-wheat free pastas, bread, pastry and pizza

mixes. For pastas the Corn and Rice & vegetable varieties are

Pamela's has a

line of cookies that can be found in health food stores, and now also

available online. Also some biscotti and baking mixes. Their flour

substitute mixture can be used in absolutely everything.

Panne Rizo is a Bakery and Café located in Vancouver.

Quejos Cheesebuns are Brazilian-style cheesebuns made in Vancouver. Made with manioc powder.

Quinoa Corporation has a web site. Sold under the Ancient Harvest brand.

supplies ethnic foods for Caribbean and Central & South America

cuisine, with about 100 items of Peruvian foods. Not all are GF, but

most are. 250 pound minimum.

The Ramapo Valley Brewery

sells a gluten-free beer in the US! Based on honey and hops. Home page

is blank if you have ActiveX turned off, which for security reasons

should be turned off.

The Really Great Food Company sells a variety of mixes: breads, cakes, and more.

Rice Innovations Inc. in Canada has rice and potato pasta products.

Rizopia in Canada makes rice and wild rice pastas.

Rivington Foods in the UK sells gluten-free wafer biscuits.

Road's End Organics has a penne and "cheese" product. Gluten, wheat and casein free.

The Ruby Range sells gluten-free baking mixes using mesquite meal and other flours.

S'Better Farms makes beef corn dogs in a gluten-free facility.

Stokes Pharmacy has a page on their services for celiacs. If necessary a medication can be compounded without gluten.

Stress-less Gourmet

is a "gourmet nutritional grocery store" located in Strongsville Ohio

that specializes in foods for people with food allergies and

intolerances. Their biggest customer base are those following the

gluten-free diet.

Sun Flour Baking Company sells vegan snacks, some of which are gluten and wheat free.

Sunrich Food Group is a global supplier of organic corn, soy, and rice products.

Sunstart Bakery is

a gluten and wheat free bakery based in Northern Ireland. Sunstart

claims to be the market leader in Europe and currently manufactures own

label brands for all major supermarkets across Great Britain, Ireland

and Continental Europe. Ingredients include dairy, corn, and soy.

Sweet Baby Cakes makes and ships brownies for wheat-free, gluten-free diets.

Sweet Sins Bakery has a line of Gluten-Free Desserts.

Tasty Bite has a line of GF ready to eat Indian and Thai entrees in retort pouch packaging.
