The I Can Eat That Bakery products

The `I Can Eat That' bakery has been pleased to provide gluten free

breads and pizza crusts, to the celiac community in the Bay Area,

for the past three years. Unfortunately, due to other demands on

our time and personal life we are unable to continue with our

wholesale bakery operation. We have always appreciated the support

and feedback from our customers and the local grocery stores that

have kindly carried our products. We hope to supply the necessary

inventory to these local stores through the end of August, 2007.

On a positive note, we are happy to announce that Mariposa Baking (

http://www.mariposabaking.com) will continue to sell our breads and

pizza crusts under their name at the Café Mariposa & Bakeshop

located at 5427 Telegraph Ave, Unit D3, Oakland, CA 94609. While

Mariposa will not distribute the former `I Can Eat That' products to

any retail stores (Whole Foods, Draeger's, Berkeley Bowl, etc.),

they will continue to prepare and sell gluten free pizza crusts to

Pizza Rustica on College Avenue in Oakland, as well as offer a daily

pizza special at Café Mariposa. We encourage you to visit both Pizza

Rustica and Cafe Mariposa for wonderful gluten free products.
