Guest guest
hello everyone, i'm going down to L.A. next week, and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for GF friendly restaurants. i've looked on the internet, but it seems like the offerings down there are just as sparse as in the bay area. i was hoping to find some places like the risotteria in new york, but i guess that is just wishful thinking. thanks in advance, maya Ready for the edge of your seat? Guest guest
Look for Pei Wei in the LA area- they are PF Chang's sister restaurant and is a more casual version of PF Changs (also a little cheaper). I love them and wish we had them in the Bay area. Also, you should be able to find Whole Foods and possibly Wild Oats(i went there on a trip to LA and Vegas but that might have just been in the Vegas area). A microwave at WF is a lifesaver, and Amy's meals really hit the spot when on the road. - > > > hello everyone, > > > > i'm going down to L.A. next week, and was wondering if anyone had > > any suggestions for GF friendly restaurants. i've looked on the > > internet, but it seems like the offerings down there are just as > > sparse as in the bay area. i was hoping to find some places like the > > risotteria in new york, but i guess that is just wishful thinking. > > thanks in advance, > > > > maya > > > > > > --------------------------------- > > Ready for the edge of your seat? Guest guest
Hey Maya, We just got back from Newport Beach, and in that area there is a great store called Mother's. They have a TON of gf foods, and also a little restaurant inside with a separate gf menu. Between Mother's, Wild Oats, and Henry's, I unpacked a lot of food when we got home.
