Guest guest
My three-year old takes a capsule of plant enzymes plus 1/2 capsule of Thorne Research Betaine HCl & pepsin with every meal. QUESTION: He also has trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep, even though I give him melatonin. I've been thinking of adding TMG; however, I understand that Betaine is, in fact, TMG. Will I be " overdosing " if I give him TMG with the melatonin, or does the TMG part of betaine HCl act differently when it is compounded with HCl?
