Guest guest Posted February 6, 2008 Report Share Posted February 6, 2008 Hi Joe and everyone else- I'm not familiar with the Napa area but your post reminded me there is a Culinary Institute of America campus and restaurant up somewhere in Napa. I grew up close to the main campus in upstate NY and was curious as to whether they had a gluten-free menu at any of their restaurants (which are run by the students).
