On another board I'm on (SillyYaks) there have been reports that "

testing results on the amount of gluten in McCann's oats . . . seemed

to vary quite a bit between " acceptable " and " unacceptable " limits. "

Several people said that their antibody levels remained high until

they stopped eating McCanns. Alternatives that are certified gluten

free inclued Cream Hill Estates - Lara's Rolled Oats (which

specifically state gluten-free), available online and Bob's Red Mill

oats- we were given samples in our goodie bags at the cooking spree,

so maybe I'll actually try them one of these days.

I tend to err on the side of caution so I would rather try a certified

GF brand, but YMMV. :)
