Wow! This is (maybe) great news. What do they use if not oats? Or do they use certified oats?IsaiahOn 9/11/07, Luttrell <

I was in my local Trader Joe's today (Daly City), and

sampled their new gluten free granola. They have three

flavors...tropical, cranberry nut and a lots of fruit

and nuts. It's not cheap at $4.29 for a 12 oz. bag,

but it was decent.

Hopefully there won't be any issues with mis-labeling

or cross-contamination wtih this TJ's product!

Enjoy!

There are large-ish pieces of corn and rice that

resemble corn flakes and crispy puffed rice.

Ingredients on the tropical flavor are:

- Corn flour

- Water

- Sugar

- Rice Flour

- Rice bran

- Raisin juice concentrate

- Honey

- Salt

- Canola oil

- Sunflower seeds

- Brazil nuts

- Dried bananas

- Sesame seeds

- Flax seeds

- Brown sugar flavor

- coconut flavor

- vanilla flavor

- sea salt

I suspect it is a re-packaging of Bakery On Maine gluten free granola.

It seems genuinely GF. I bought 2 packages yesterday (tropical and

fruit and nuts, i think) and will let you guys know how it is... I'm

currently eating the Bakery on Maine stuff because I found it on sale

at a local store (New Leaf). Trader Joe's has got some cool new GF

stuff. It's nice to see. :)
