There's a bulk bin which people will understandably avoid, though a letter-writing campaign would be a good idea. There's refrigerated dessert stuff, frozen items, lots of crackers, cookies, health bars, GF flours, baking mixes, etc but they're definitely spread around. Some of the bulk specialty items like guar gum and xantham are in containers with screw on lids and might not be as prone to contamination as the flours, but a designated bulk GF area at Rainbow would be great.
